Per Ticket Support Plan
Per Ticket Support Plan is the simplest plan that we offer. Under this plan our support engineers answer support tickets on your helpdesk. No system adminstration task or server monitoring is done under this plan though you have the option to club this with Server Administration Plan.
Under this plan we offer ticket support based on the volume of tickets that you purchase with us. A ticket is a technical problem that a client faces. We reply to your clients request via your preferred support system and the client gets a response under your company's banner.
Plan Features
The plan is divided in to slabs of tickets which are to be purchased in slabs of 50, 100, 250 or 500. The larger the number of tickets you purchase the cheaper the per ticket price. Tickets need to be purchased in advance and the validity of any slab is 2 months from the date of purchase. This means that unused tickets from first month can be carried over to the next month instead of them getting obsolete.

Plan Costs
- Plans include a US$20.00 fee per server towards administration and overheads
- Tickets purchased are vaild only for 2 months from the date of purchase
- Setup fee is charged one-time. Switching plans in future will not incur any setup fee
- Live Support on your site can be handled by us at an additional cost of US$75.00 per month
