Dedicated Support Plans

Ideally suited for web hosting companies or data centers who have a number of domains and servers to be catered to. A dedicated support staff is assigned to your company and they work only for you. All our staff members are well trained Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE), Red Hat Certified Engineers (RHCE), Cisco Certified Network Engineers (CCNA) with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience and they are dedicated to work only for your company.

Under our Dedicated Support Plans we currently offer you a choice of two packages:

  • Dedicated Engineer

    Under this plan you have the option to choose a Level 1, Level 2 or a Level 3 engineer who works for 8 hours per day and 6 days a week - dedicated to your company. This plan allows you to plan you support desk based on the Levels of support required. This means that you can chose to opt for a Level 1 Engineer during off-peak hours and Level 3 during peak hours.

  • Dedicated Team

    Under this plan a dedicated team of 3 full-time system engineers are allocated to your company. These engineers handle all the tasks of support, sales, live chat and server administration. This team is supervised by an IT Operations Manager to ensure quality, process flow and to analyze overall health of the support desk and servers.
