Dedicated Engineers Support Plan

A qualified and experienced Technical Support Engineer manages your support operations who works for 8 hours per day and 6 days a week. You have the option to chose the level of support required for 8 hours, 16 hours or 24 hours coverage. This facilitates you to plan your support desk based on the Level of support required and thus save money.

Plan Features

Simply select the level of support you require along with the number of engineers during an 8 hour slot. For example, if you would have high traffic and would like us to handle all the Level 2 tasks during your peak hours, select two Level 2 engineers for your peak time. Similary, if you would like us to handle all the server administration and Level 1 support during your off-peak hours, choose one Level 1 engineer and one Level 3 engineer.
